I am attempting to receive my portion of ex husband Dusk Monetathchis 401k divorced in 2008. I had never received.
He contacted me and in july2024 it was supposed to be allotted to Melanie Cravatt. That is me.

Have not received December check have filled out new deposit information as instructed and mailed to address given. Need deposited as soon as possible.
I have been waiting for 5 weeks to receive a check for cash out of my retirement plan. It us a small check. I received an email on Nov 1st saying it had been processed and give it 7 to 10 days to arri
Arrive. On the 17th I called.
The issue wasnot taken care of. I've called 3 more times to no avail. Milliman cannot even tell me what date the check was issued and then reissued, or date mailed. Different reps tell me different things.
Just ridiculous. They even refused to fed ex it at my expense.

I had stock in my company, which sold almost two years ago. Our stock was held by Milliman, but they are waiting on IRS approval before disbursing it.
It has taken almost a year longer than we were initially told. When I ask if they have been in contact with the IRS about the delay, they refuse to answer and hang up the chat. This is after they quit answering phone calls from our plan participants, leaving a pre-recorded message that effectively says they know nothing and can do nothing. And for a while if you tried to use the chat feature it would just redirect to the phone number where no one answers.
Why would any company refuse to take phone calls from their clients?!? There is no excuse for such poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I would like Milliman to contact the IRS on behalf of the customers whose money they are holding pending IRS approval.

Paid iff my 401k loan. 2wks later it stistay away fron these people stay away from this company ll shows a balance and I can not take another loan.
About to get evicted. They said after I get evicted I can take a hardship withdrawal. A lot of good that will do after the eviction. It is my money that I have worked hard for.
And they are doing everything in their power to keep me from getting it. What a disgraceful company.
Are a time when people struggling, they refuse to let us have our own money. Must be run by democrats

Verified ReviewerRidiculous to charge $45 plus 20% taxes to get $206 they withheld from my paycheck without my consent. .
I worked for MUSC for 6 weeks during which time $206 was deducted from my paycheck to go to Milliman. There is no option to not pay it but just automatically deducted.
I had already worked for a different hospital for 30 years, during which time I contributed the maximum to my 401k and the hospital matched it so I already had a fairly large retirement account. I only planned to work for MUSC for a short time and had no interest in paying into their plan but was given no choice.
I left after 6 weeks and was told to call after 90 days to get my $206 back. After calling to request it back, because of the taxes and $45 they charge to do it, I will receive less than $120 of the $206 taken from my paycheck.

Stolen identity
Not sure if my information is going to the correct address. I was trying to register and it was forwarding to my email address. I am very concerned because someone has been stealing my mail and the correspondence you sent me I do not have
Was asked if I could fill out. But would like to do this.
Your website is too hard to work. I could not get my password reset due to it always asked me to verify what I saw when it said I am not a robot.
Talking with Lay, Was a little hard to understand I had to have her repeat several times.
When I called back, I talked with Chris. Things went so smoothly.

It's kinda bs iv been waiting forever to my withdrawal every time I call it's always another week another week *** really so if some is in an emergency this is how your gonna treat it cause it's bs

Not being able to talk to a customer service representative
Been calling for 3 days & I haven't been able to talk to a customer service representative yet. When calling, it says press 0 to talk to a customer service rep, but you never get to talk to anyone.
Also, there's no other number you can call to get the help you need. If I could rate the service, I would rate it extremely poor or give it a 0...

I have been receiving my pension check for the past 10 years at the same address, up to and including Nov.2023.
I called to say Ive not received Decembers check. I was told there was a flag on my address and am required to fill out a new information form.
I said I have the information from Milliman Benefit Service , Seattle which includes my current address and sent from Milliman.
I have no check and no answers. Correct, Im Pissed off !
